This article reports the views of Congressman Tom Price on abortion and other issues. Price is anti-abortion and advocates against abortion practices as well as funding by the taxpayer subsidies and consequently does not approve of contraceptives support by Obamacare Act (Howard & Tinker, 2017). Abortion is a controversial topic in the contemporary society with the debate surrounding the ethical and moral aspect of the practice. Abortion dilemma in this event is associated with autonomy and non-maleficence principle. For instance, the antiabortion advocates consider sexual practices without contraceptives act as an agreement between the woman and the child. Since the mother is knowledge of the pregnancy possibility she is expected to give the fetus right to live and not decide on its behalf.
