1.    There are 4 independent variables; Satisfaction, Trust, Perceived service quality and Perceived value
2.    In 2.2, to discuss the research’s dimensions. Dimensions here mean the 4 independent variables (Satisfaction, Trust, Perceived service quality and Perceived value). So each independent variable have to be discussed as per the rubric above. Example;

Definition of satisfaction,
Past research of satisfaction,
3.    Proposed framework is as per Figure 1
4.    Theories that will be used in this study are Theory of planned behaviour and Theory of reasoned action. Please discuss with literature review
