The authors of this article have discussed how the responsible usage of these recreational drugs can help in diseases like attention deficit disorder and help them revert back to normal and healthy lifestyle.

This study has delved on the impact of the levels of discrimination on the study subjects and how that affects their better judgment and levels of sanity. The results hinted at generating depression and violent agitation in the users even after therapeutic usage of recreational drugs under the responsible usage limits.

It gives us insight about the lack of compassion and morality for the unfortunate individuals trapped in the realm of recreational drugs.
Task 2:
As mentioned above, the discrimination against the drug users are prevalent in the society and it has given rise to significant stigma in the society as well. The prevalent stereotypes in the society has treated the substance abusers like abominations ever since, and the fact that the there is discretion now in the society among the drug users under and above the responsible usage limit, has not changed the lookout of the society towards the users. It has to be understood that the historical interpretations of a drug user had been of fright and alienation, which still has a strong impact on the stereotypes still prevalent in the society against the drug abusers (Earnshaw, Smith & Copenhaver, 2013).
Although, the modern society has started to change its outlook on the drug users step by tiny steps by the virtue of modern interpretations in the society about drugs and the grasp associated with it. The societal changes brought about have a lot to do with the abundance of social work and the prevention programs (Lloyd,  2013). And it can be hoped that the outlook will continue to change over time towards a better future for the drug users that are trying to revert back to normalcy by sticking to responsible usage limit.
