Using several sources and focusing on the required sections would help you develop much better insights for this assignment. For Assignment 3, a clear understanding of your industry will help you focus on developing good resumes and addressing questions in the mock interviews. ï’· We want you to research and analyse the trends that are likely to affect you, and the type of roles you think you might like to aim for. o If your focus is on working within Australia in the next 5 years, then the industry trends should be focused on your target industry or profession within Australia. If you are aiming to work overseas, then you should look at trends overseas as well. o An industry would be something like construction or transport. A profession is accounting or marketing, etc. If you are not sure what you want to do or where you think your career might take you, focus on business in general in Australia. Your chosen industry can be from any field. o If your dream role is to be self-employed, then you should expect that your suppliers and customers will want you to be familiar with good business practices
