Answer:

Increasing depression and anxiety in teenagers
Learning process and education is most important duration of life that nurture oneself to an acceptable personality. At this teenage, people enjoy and explore their life by learning and make fun. In today’s era, increasing competition, non-acceptance and jealously creates anxiety among the teenagers. Depression is an illness that can emerge due to many causes and in many forms. Others reasons can be that a teen starts developing the thought of worthlessness due to inadequacy of grades (Elder, 2018). Teenage is the time of hovac of hormones and body changes. Teenager with depression and anxiety starts eating more, sleeping more, and exhibits criminal behaviour. Various signs such has apathy, difficulty in concentrating and decision-making, memory loss, dropping the education, withdrawing from friends and irresponsible behaviour. High time to create, innovate, explore at highest enthusiasm occur only in this age but now a days teen depression is a mental health problem that lead to a continuous feeling of loss of life activities (Miller, and Raison, 2016). It affects the way in which teenager think. It leads to dysfunctional, physical, and emotional challenges of uplifting self from the depressing state. They suffer from high peer pressure from the academic expectation and dynamic. Although, what cannot be done with will power. Teen depression is not a weakness but if it continued for long time, it requires a treatment because overcoming through will power is not easy. To treat depression doctors use treatments such as counselling and medications. Symptoms of teen depression lead to change in behaviour that can cause distress and non-acceptance by school, home or in other social activities. Emotional changes such as feeling low that even includes wiping for no reason, anger and remain lonely. Depression causes extreme sensitivity due to failure and trouble thinking (Barthas et al., 2017). Researchers and doctors suggest medication, physical activities, and engaging oneself in other enjoying activities that relieves the symptoms of depression. An approach can be suggesting the patient antidepressant medication and tablets that is approved by institute of Mental Health. Other treatment can be use of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) that can help the teenagers to identify the negative habit of demotivating and depressing oneself by saying that you cannot do anything in your life rather it is important to realise the efficiency of time and remain liveliness. Negative thinking can lead to increase the symptoms of depression. Another approach is the combination of both medication and CBT. Competition in the global demand has increase the level of depression to a shocking level because every company wants to hire best able and potential employees that can serve them best and passed from best universities. Therefore, it is important to understand every person is different with potential, talent, and different attributes. It is important to live in the nature for which you are made for. Just live the way you are, running behind the jobs that can pay you a just a sum of money sometimes cannot lead oneself to office (Haberler, 2017). Major causes of depression have so many factors and situations behind contributed to such depressing behaviour. Traumatic life situation such as losing the loved person either through divorce or through death can trigger depression (Siu et al., 2016). Teenagers living in adverse social condition and family issues such as domestic violence and disgraced behaviour with grandparents can never live in a lovable environment. The bringing up environment of home and school should be carefree and loving but sometimes discipline is important while treating the children. Apart from situation and social bringing, biological changes such as negative thinking can lead to secretion of unnecessary elements or chemicals in brain that creates irritation and annoying behaviour. It is not necessary that illness will be caused only through family issues sometimes biological imbalances can get lead one to mental disorder. Depression is a sign of medical sufferings such as PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) and other mental disorders. Teenagers have become very impatient now a days that lead them to realise their stress caused due to jealous (impact of competition) and insecurity. They start getting in the influence of those people who take heavy doses of drugs and in result of that, they get addicted to it. Although some medical prescription suggest that antidepressant pills which are composed of drug that can cause more side effects. Some major illegal drugs can cause depression. The solution is to revive oneself  and do what that fascinates you heart, it can be any sport or any other  art form such as dancing, singing, and playing instruments (Fried, and Nesse, 2015).
