The article by Judge and Kammeyer?Mueller (2012) focusses on the reviewing of the generalized issues that are presented by the previous researches that are conducted in the field of the organizational behavior. The concerned article discusses the issues that are presented due to difference between the general and the specific issues within the organizational behavior. The authors of the article studied the various other researches that are existent in the given topic. The given article aims to discuss the various factors that are necessary for different issues that are relevant within the given course of study. The authors state that the given factors as stated by the previous literature tends to deal with the general factors more than the various specific factors that are present within the given subject of the organizational behavior. The authors state that there are specific cases wherein the subfactors of the organizational behavior like job satisfaction and job performance are necessary for the prediction of the operations of the company.
2. Cortina (1993) in his article discusses the understanding of the coefficient alpha as well as the generalized discussion on the reliability theory as is presented within the field of psychology. The paper presents a discussion on the various assumptions as well as the presents the meaning of the term coefficient alpha in light of the psychological studies that were conducted in the previous days. The study aimed at the discussion on the various effects of the test length and the dimensionality on the alpha with the help of the statistical calculations. These calculations were conducted for the several hypothetical tests that were conducted within the given area of study. The article further discusses the representation of the conduction of the people in their professions as is articulated by the scientist-practitioner model. The paper is majorly based on the discussions and the debates that were conducted within the given panel. The paper also puts forth the various issues that were present within the scientist-practitioner model. The paper aims to discuss the issues that have been highlighted in order to help the future researchers to begin their research as well as have a background study of the major gaps that are detected within the earlier literatures.

Belar and Perry (1992) in their article aims to shed light on the summarization of the various themes and the policy statement that was discussed during the National Conference on Scientist–Practitioner (SP) Education and Training for the Professional Practice of Psychology held January 16–20, 1990. The major aim of the conference was the discussion on the proper definitions of the integral characteristics as depicted by the SP model. This model is known to have been used in the form of a framework for the several training programs that were held in the clinical psychology. The discussions that were held at the conference majorly dealt with the reasons that proved the necessity of the SP model, the integration as well as the identification of the several functional SPs.
