Performance drivers and performance-based outcomes;
Procurement management and completions effort that is vital to ensure successful delivery of projects;
Relationship management, ethics, transparency and other effective contract management processes;
Importance of completions documentation, project closure and lessons learnt;
Specific roles and responsibilities of project manager and procurement manager including in supplier development as part of completions effort or throughout the project life cycle (as appropriate).

This presentation would present a brief on the role of private partnership hospital projects focused on developing the modern healthcare facilities in Australia’s Southern zonal area.
The chosen organisation is- Royal Adelaide Hospital
It has analysed the financial and the procurement related issues that is been faced by this new hospital.
In order to do so, the group has planned to assess the top risks and the roles of the procurement, project and the contract mangers in resolving the prevailing risks
The group has made use of proper procurement management and contract administration approach in this process
Description and discussion on the case study
The top 5 issues that require attention
Delay in project completion
Failure in meeting the PPP requirements
Inadequate management claims and industrial disputes
Inadequate delivery of healthcare ICT system
Misalignment with the heath-care policy
Risks Possible solutions

Delay in project completion The project owner should play his role in estimating the total time and the budget in proper manner in order to avoid the overrunning of the budget and that of the time.
Failure in meeting the PPP requirements The operating team must ensure to adopt some standard project agreements along with additional support form the Australian government so as to ensure that all the regulations are been followed in proper way by the RAH authority.

Contract management
Lack of efficiency has been monitored during framing procurement programs and contract management plans of the equipment that are used for the clinical and laboratorial purposes.
As it was discussed before SA Health was going to support this venture in the aspects of professional health services, a possibility of practicing better contract management was there by documenting regular status of compliance as a form of report.
Role of contract managers
Drafting of the contracts, evaluating them, negotiations and execution of the plan
Maintaining the contractual records
Developing and implementing the policies and procedures

The New Royal Adelaide Hospital should implement ICT working technologies to make their system more effective and efficient for their employees.

Successful procurement management approach should be taken throughout the entire lifecycle in order to ensure the highest values are gained by the business by means of value positioning.
Global procurement and supply management must be followed by the project managers
Summary
The aim of New Royal Adelaide Hospital is to improve the quality of service for the doctors, patients and other employees who are working for the company
RAH is focused on the project of project governance, risk management, budget related reports and their business planning.
The major risks that are been identified are the Delay in project completion, Failure in meeting the PPP requirements, Inadequate management claims and industrial disputes, Inadequate delivery of healthcare ICT system and Misalignment with the heath-care policy
While analyzing the details of committee level improvement it has been found that for giving better understanding for the consequences and nature of service different strategic risks are being identified those need immediate mitigation strategies.
Both procurement manager and contract manager play an important part in this.
