You will be provided with a client referral for occupational therapy services. You will be required to conduct an interview with your assigned standardized client. Post interview, you will be required to write a report that includes the requirement of the marking criteria. A clear introduction to the client presented utilising the PEOP model should be provided. Following this relevant occupational performance issues (OPI’s) should be identified which are consistent with the client’s condition and information obtained during the interview. SMART goals should be formulated which are consistent with identified OPI’s and potential interventions also linked to these goals. The report should utilise relevant literature to support your identified OPI’s, goals and intervention suggestions.
