Construct a three-quadrant matrix or chart that includes each of these theories. Using brief bullet points or in each chart cell, list the key traits associated with each approach, note where the traits converge and diverge between styles. Your matrix/chart will serve as a quick reference as you analyze leaders. Identify strengths and challenges associated with each style. Be sure to include the following: Provide an overview of each theory. Identify a business leader whom you feel exemplifies each theory (trait, behavioral, contingency/situational), and give specific examples of how the leader demonstrates the theory. Describe any similarities and differences between the leaders, providing examples to support your findings. Assess the application of each theory. Are they relevant in today’s organizations? Explain your position in a 1 to 2-page reflection, assess your own leadership skills and discuss how each theory may or may not apply to your skillset.
