For example, the hiring or management of a diverse work force, an international supply chain, a global marketing campaign, a new strategy to deal with the challenge across subsidiaries of an MNO, etc.
The report should include the following sections but make sure you guide the reader and link (sub)sections through an organised structure. Report must contain:

An introduction to the scenario (refer to the brief and the aim). Add a brief explanation of globalization and its challenges. Relate this to a practical example of the current challenges your field of work faces (use newspapers like FT.com) and how you will structure the report.
Include a short comparison analyzing the macro-level dataacross countries so that you can do a benchmark analysis. Make the analysis relevant to the organisational challenge.
Analyse the impact of the VUCA challenge on the organization in terms of ONE OFthe following key topics: Decision Making, Negotiation & Communication, or Leadership. Go beyond typically binary advice (e.g., “The Japanese bow and the Germans shake hands”?) and instead ensure it is a culturally intelligent analysis.
A conclusion evaluating the information presented and three key points of advice presented with bullet points.
