MGMT 101 Introduction to Management Trimester 2 2017 The MGMT 101 2017 Trimester 2 tutorials and assignments are set in the context of the Les Mills Case Study. The Word limit for Assignment 2 is 1800 words and must be presented in 12pt font, 1.5 line spacing. All Assignments are to be submitted via Blackboard by the due times and dates. Any applications for extensions to the Assignments due date must be made to the Course Coordinator, supported with valid reasons and evidence. All referenced material must be appropriately cited. In order for strategy to be implemented, workers with relevant skills and enthusiasm are needed. How does Les Mills align its motivational strategies with its organisational goals? Apply relevant concepts from Motivational theories or approaches to the Les Mills case study; preferably at least one from Content and at least one from Process theories. Pull all the discipline areas together Discuss any future direction of Les Mills. REFERENCING: Please follow the APA referencing style.
