The online module refers to a deck report created by McKinsey & Company for the United States Postal Service. To understand what makes the USPS deck report effective,read this breakdown of the report on the site Consultant’s Mind. Keep in mind that the USPS deck does not contain any creative work, which is critical for the Sustainability Team Project.Hence,you will have to include information on the application of reframing techniques and the insights gained in your deck report.
