Jaguar Land Rover has been on a roll since it got separated from Ford in 2008.
The car makers have come up with new models, new technology and innovation and new manufacturing plants
This has increased the global sales to 583, 312 in the last year (Mullen 2017 )
Strategic decision undertaken
Land Rover’s turnaround from a money losing business created a stir in the business
Jaguar has been considering to buy Vauxhall as the next strategic step towards its business (Truett 2017).
The best opportunity for the car manufacturer is to make approach towards buying the Vauxhall.
Opportunities in Land Rover-Vauxhall deal 
Jaguar Land Rover made its approach about buying Vauxhall, the brand that consist of mostly rebadged Opel vehicles and are available only in United Kingdom.
This way the manufacturing giant would be able to fill out the Jaguar lineup with the XE compact sedan and the F-Pace crossover (Aronline.co.uk 2017)
They could easily top the 600,000 vehicles in 2017
End note 
The new version would be a battery-powered Jaguar I-Pace crossover.
This sustainability approach would eventually only add incremental sales and wouldn’t propel Jaguar to produce 1 million light vehicles a year
Adding Vauxhall to the Jaguar’s family will alone account for sale of 1 million vehicles a year.
