Effective immediately, the criteria for online content on the college website as changed. The change in the online content is due to the risk that it poses to the college. Prior to this change, there was a lack of regulation to the content on the website and how it can be used to depict the college. The present change will allow the college to control, the information that is published on the website.Going forward, all information that will be posting on the college website will need to be reviewed by Sharlene Lamoth. In your application, please include the following: 1. The purpose of the post2. Describe the content.3. The potential audience. Upon receiving the following information, then, your application will be reviewed. The online content review process will take 1-3 business day to be approved or decline. Your online content application should be submitted by paper (it is up to you, if you which to include other alternatives for them to submit their application). A copy of the application can be found at Student services room 120. It is of great importance that the new policy is observed. If the anyone fails to follow the policy, their privilege to post information on the website will be taken away immediately. At this time, the IT department will begin the process of reviewing your privilege set. We are confident that the new policy will allow Borealis to be better represented.
