Research Objectives
•    To examine the current status of the global oil price fluctuation faced by the global oil and gas companies
•    To examine internal and external organizational factors which are influenced by the fluctuation of global oil prices in Oil and Gas companies
•    To examine the ways in which the internal and external organizational factors influenced by the fluctuation of global oil prices in Oil and Gas Companies
•    To present recommendations on how these internal organizational factors can be better managed in order to cope up with the fluctuation of global oil prices in Oil and Gas companies.
