They follow the health and safety program which has 19 chapters indicates all the set of rules that company, company members, contractors, clients, etc. required to follow in compliance with Work Safe BC guidelines. DMCO is required to provide safe, health and drug free working environment at all locations for the employees, customers, or the public. For that the company has surveillance, health, and safety training, etc. programs. Environmental Policy: DMCO is liable to follow environmental regulations, such as prevention of pollution, conservation of resources, continual improvement of environmental regulations.Worker compensation act: safely of worker is first consideration of the company. DMCO is continuous to operating a profitable business while ensuring safety of their workers.

Richard Ebner and Thomas McLeod are member of safety committee. They do daily examination of the work sites to minimize the hazardous. They have to do minimum four meetings per annum to make plan and buy equipment to minimize injuries, for communicating safety guidelines, etc.

Disciplinary actions: the company have a code of safe practices and every employee must read and sign before starting the work. This code indicates all the set of rules to follow to ensure safety, and failure to compliance with the rules can result in actions: verbal warning, written warning, and termination.The company need to allocate special budget for ensuring workplace safety. The failure of the company to follow work safe BC guidelines can result in serious legal action by the safety inspectors.
