Answer:

Casual claim:
The causes and effects which leads to increased police brutality in America compared to other countries.
Casual logic: a factor that has escalated levels of homicide is because of the increased ownership of guns in the USA compared to their peers. Hence, the existence of more guns means that the levels of violence will be high. The issue of racial disparities in the US police force serves as a reason behind the increased homicide cases. Here, black people are likely to be shot compared to their white peers. The issue of cities in the country being riddled of accusation by police abuse serves as a reason behind the increased levels of homicide. Poor tracking of how many people are killed also serves as a catalyst. The use of deadly force tends to be a threat, lack of prosecution and conviction supports the issue of increased homicide in the U.S. Poor training and oversight use of weapons is perceived as catalysts for homicide.
Increased ownership of guns-> racial disparities->cities being riddles of accusation by police officers-> poor tracking of homicide cases->use of deadly force->lack of prosecution and conviction-> poor training and oversight use of weapons.
Assumption:
Poor training and lack of prosecution and conviction
The assumption that poor training and lack of prosecution or conviction are vital in casual logic because it links the reason as to why police aren’t able to effectively use their weapons. These aspects are important as it explains why the existence of poor skills and no conviction escalates levels of homicide.
