Answer:
Introduction:

In the process of collecting the data, I interviewed four people namely; Sam who was 22 years old and Engineering intern at Bosch & a student at RMIT. Dinda aged 54 years and Chief Operational Officer at Oil and Gas Company (Wilson & Coakes, 2014). Victoria 23 years old who was sales member at a manufacturing company and Jungsik aged 29 a senior accounting manager. The interview that I conducted was in a controlled manner. On average, I can certain that all the interviews took approximate forty minutes period of time. In this case, all the interviews took almost the same period of time keeping all other factors constant. The interview took place during business hours only.
In the process of my data analysis, I applied the thematic approach in data analysis. In this case, I considered a transcribed conversation with interviewees.  During my interview, I found that all the interviewees had a good understanding of the business field as well as the engineering sector. The reason why I chose person from engineering sector is because they had a better understanding transcribing process of conversation. By selecting Sam who was an Engineering intern, I tried to get common experiences of people from different interviewees.  This was the best factor that made my interview to be simple and take a short period of time simply because all the interviewees could understand the thematic concern of the interview. In the analysis of the transcribed conversation, I realized that all the interviewees I chose understood the topics. The answers to the interview question were so relevant that helped me collect data in a better and convenient way (Teo, 2014). As I tried to understand the reasoning of the interviewees, I came up with other ideas and information based on the thematic topic of concern. Comparing the reasoning with the research, it was very clear that there was no wide difference between the topic of study and research. Every interviewee had a better understanding of the work in global society and what it concerns and therefore this made the whole of the interview and method of collecting data so easy for the research.
