There are various propaganda and communication techniques which are followed and encouraged by Wilson administration. They are also informed on some techniques which they can use in case the virus infects them. For example, they are advised to seek medical attention early in advance before their health deteriorates considerably. However, newspaper publishers throughout nations are afraid and unwilling to report the truth to the public (Crook, 2014). This is because some healthcare professionals intentionally downplay the severity of the pandemic. Wilson also encourages the use of wise policies to eradicate this infection. This policy aims at reducing the massive death rates which are associated with great influenza.
Isolation and Quarantine and the Great Influenza
Isolation is the process of separating sick people who are infected by contagious infections from people who are not sick so that they do not get sick.  Quarantine of influenza is the process of separating and restricting the movement of people who are exposed to contagious infections. Various nations and town apply isolation and quarantine technique to prevent influenza infection (Tognotti, 2013). They do so by forming policies which punish those individuals who come into the nation or town from a country which have an outbreak of this infection. Nations with this pandemic are not allowed in other nations for a certain period until the spread of influenza is managed and stopped.
