We want to write a report about summary of my work experience during industry training at Naked Duck Mascot. This will include an overview about the coffee shop. The comparison about difference between the theory we have learnt at college with practical work at the coffee shop. The two aspects that will be compared are hospitality operations and marketing. The report will also mention some management issues at the organisation, including self-management, people management, leadership and processes.
