Health and Human Service Management (HHSM) is a set of activities that includes a wide variety of health and welfare services. The health and human services define a clear understanding of the working process of human systems, identification of healthcare issues, the ability to identify the probable interventions processes, several barriers and limitations of an intervention process and mitigating the barriers with effective communication, leadership and empathy.  The study will unfold the importance of health and human service management in the sports arena. Basketball is a game which involves body contact and injury prone game. Thus, the role of the team manager is to prevent his players from getting injured andtake early actions in case of serious injuries. The ethical duty of the sports manager will be analyzed here using its rationality with the HHSM framework. The values and beliefs of the manager in the basketball team will be analyzed by assessing the issues like injuries. The impact of the lack of information will be analyzed in the study to strengthen the analysis. Trail and error theory and Expectancy theory will be analyzed to resolve the health issues in Basketball. The concluding part of the study will summarize the whole analysis and refer to the development of HHSM.
Part 1
The HHSM is generally developed to manage the health issues and the intervention process of various activities (Spitzmueller, 2018).  Basketball is a widely known body contact game in Canada. This is an injury prone game. Ankle sprains, jammed fingers, knee injuries, deep thigh bruising and stress fractures are the most common injuries in basketball. Thus, the task of the manager is to take rapid care of the injured player in order to make him fit to play matches. The HHS management is required here to provide acute care to the injured player (Martins, Isouard& Freshman, 2017). Quick dressing, medicines and painkillers are provided to the injured players. In case of major injury, the players are transferred to the local hospitals for several medical tests and further treatment. Thus, in the basketball game, the effective utilization of HHSM is necessary to understand the system of the injury, to analyze the injury process, to provide intervention for the injury and to build effective communication for the post-intervention care (Martins, Isouard& Freshman, 2017).
Value and beliefs
The personal values and beliefs are healthcare determinants of the HHSM. . A sports manager’s duty is to inculcate healthy competition habits within the players(Weel-Baumgarten, 2018). The team should always believe in playing fair and should help their own team members as well as other players in case of an accident. The team should always carry first aid kit along (Gazley, 2016).
Code of conduct
The sports manager can follow the following code of conduct:

The players should play fair and avoid aggressive techniques to avoid injury.
The sports manager should not be racist and should help all the players the same.
The manager should actively help the injured players.

Legal acts
The players and the sports manager should be aware of a few legal acts, which can be implemented in different scenarios of being injured.

A player cannot hold other players responsible for his injury if it has no direct connection with the sport according to the doctrine of “assumption of the risk”.
A player can sue another player based on the assumption that he is trying to harm him following the intentional tort lawsuit.
The players can sue the sports manager and the sponsors of the team due to injury casued by equipment failure following the product liability lawsuit.

Issue assessment
The basketball injuries are one of the critical issues that can be located through HHSM treatments. The health and human service are desperately required in the basketball injuries (Zedde, 2014). Thus, the identified issue in this context is basketball injuries.  These sports injuries can be mitigated by utilization of HHSM (Spitzmueller, 2018). The manager needs to assess the issue properly to identify the required type of intervention process (Zedde, 2014). After assessing the issue the manager must communicate with the further treatment process without reducing the performance level. The assessment of the issue is helpful for the betterment of the healthcare management of the team.
Lack of information
Healthcare information is always essential for the acute implementation of HHSM. (Spitzmueller, 2018). The information about the exact reason for the injury is missing out which makes it difficult for the sports manager to take any medical decisions for theplayer (Martins, Isouard& Freshman, 2017).other information, which is missing out, is the player’s intimate health records.
Trail and Error theory of learning
The trial and error theory is a fundamental learning theory that demonstrates the problem-solving techniques. HHSM is an effective initiative to mitigate the problems of health care issues by providing sufficient care staffs, intervention process and active communication. This theory is characterized by various attempts until it gets success (Terao, Matsumoto &Mizunami, 2015).  The manager of a basketball team must be concerned about the injuries of the team players. A constant effort must be provided to make the player match fit. Each step of the effort is indeed a learning process and every concerned effort provides a good amount of experience (Martins, Isouard& Freshman, 2017).
Expectancy theory
The performance theory signifies the effectiveness of the physical fitness to enhance the field performance. Since basketball requires great stamina and a lot of physical strength, the physical fitness is genuinely required for the performance development of the basketball player (Terao, Matsumoto &Mizunami, 2015). As per the HHSM framework, the development of the expected performance depends on the injury intervention process (Martins, Isouard& Freshman, 2017).
Gather the lacking information
The sports manager has to depend on the information provided by the injured player about the accident. Other than that, the emergency doctor can also provide adequate information about the issue after the preliminary examination of the patient.
Case debriefing strategy
Proper case debriefing strategy under the HHSM framework must be implemented to keep the basketball players free from stress. Often the physical injuries affect the mental health. Effective case debriefing strategy should be the best option to keep them stress-free.  
Future considerations
The manager of the basketball team must enhance the fitness capability of the players. The manager is the ultimate person who can take responsibility of the player to reduce their fitness barrier andenhance their on-field performance.
Part 2
Issue resolution
In order to satisfy the healthcare needs and betterment of the basketball player injury assessment, intervention and after intervention communication is the handiest learning process. Both the verbal and non-verbal communication strategy must be implemented for an effective outcome.

Answer: Yes, it is impactful as it clarifies the process from primary care to post-intervention process.
Question 2: What is the role of communication to implement the resolution?
Answer: both verbal and non-verbal communication of HHSM framework with the peers of the team can be helpful for the manager to locate and discuss the type of injury and effective intervention process with the players and the team physicians.
Question 3: What is the role of information in injury intervention?
Answer: Proper, information would enable the physician and the manager to reduce the risks in the intervention process.
The study has focused on the effective implementation of the HHSM framework in the sports arena.  Basketball has been taken as sports and injuries of the basketball players are demonstrated as the healthcare issues that can be mitigated through HHSM framework. The HHSM framework provides healthcare supports, interventions and communications to any kind of healthcare issues. Ankle sprains, jammed fingers, knee injuries and deep thigh bruising are considered to be the healthcare issues for the basketball players. These issues are to be mitigated and resolved through HHSM framework being a manager of the basketball team. The manager should focus ultimate concern of the team by providing indiscriminate healthcare interventions for an ethical outcome.
