The development of partners, the outsourcing of business include entering of the new markets and provides firm with flexibility based on the financial burdens to respond to the new markets.
The outsourcing is considered to be the aspect to maintain the competitive advantage with research that focus on the impact of gaining competitive advantage (Mrak et al., 2018). The outsourcing of business enables the buyer to hire the alumni from the competitors of suppliers. One of the major aspects is related to the business outsourcing with anticipating the reduced costs that are incurred with managing the business operations with proper development of the product and services (Gunasekaran et al., 2015).
The focus is on the business operations and the processes which are set to understand the potential benefits of damaging the reputation of organization. The outsourcing is based on violation of regulatory laws, with rules and regulations set along with the integrity and confidentiality. The people are outsourced that includes the flexibility of the outsourcing partners with cots and services that are delivered at the same time. The companies have made it fell short for managing organizational infrastructure with inability to understand the clients, their needs and the preferences as well (Lahiri, 2016). The areas of outsourcing include the areas of logistics and supply chain management with transport, warehouse, with the inventory management. The logistics operations include the transport with facilitation of the goods flow and the services. The companies like FedEx and Logistics services provide better solutions that are benefitted for the company to outsource the business functions. The business is applied to the warehousing areas by creating better flexibility in testing (Oshri et al., 2015). The proper management is possible through identifying the demands and how the consumers are able to deliver the different products and services effectively. The activities are depending upon improved ability to manage the information system with freight payments and ensured cost accounting to control the improvement of tracking and inventory management.

Research Design and Methodology
The research designing and the methods are related to handle different arguments which are based on the use of qualitative and the quantitative methods, where the study is about the adopting the mixed methods (Tate & Bals, 2017). The methods are applicable for the data collection with interviews and the questionnaires. This will work on detailed investigation for financial reports, in Australia. The use of multiple sources will help in the enhancement of the holistic forms with data collection for the research. There are elements related to the qualitative and the quantitative data collection methods which need to be used and there is a wider range of the research which needs to meet the data effectively. Sample Size
The sample size is about 18 years and above which is included in the study. This is through ensuring the perceptions of social media marketing that allows the covering of different ages. SMEs are set for the interviewing of the reactions and then viewing the concerns related to the financial accounting for auditing and decision-making processes (Schneider et al., 2016). The identification of the population is set with focusing on drawing a sample from the population. There are perspectives where the population is being studied and then the findings are related to the sample population with interpretation worked upon the study population. The research is about the sample size with 150000 SMEs in Australia.
Sampling
The study is about working on the different techniques with the interviewing respondents and then answering the questions and testing the hypothesis. The pilot study is about carrying out the study and determining the data effectiveness before any main survey is reached (Zaitseva et al., 2017).
Variables
The variable are defined for the research which are based on the classification of dependent and independent that affects the dependent variables. This includes the age, gender for the respondents. The independent variables are including the business nature with standardized financial accounting with approaching towards the level of effectiveness and financial statement.
Data Collection

The reliability is depending upon the mixed methods where the research is mainly associated to work on the validity and the reliability standards (Modarress et al, 2016). Here, the primary data is to highlight the validity setup and how the reliability is conducted to find out the results which can be reproducible. On the other hand, the secondary data is used where there is no major need to carry out the tests mainly because the tests have been published with signing on the data with passing the data of the different SMEs.
Research Limitations
The research is about the methodology which aims to focus on the long-term plans and the efforts. The research needs to focus on the collection of the data with the answering of information for different set of research questions. Here, the sources are depending upon how one is confident about the research findings and they are likely to help in obtaining the data which is not collaborative. The possibility is of the transparency of the results where the respondents works on considering the research with sound business enterprises (Gurung et al., 2017). The respondents who are out of reach will be sent the questionnaires where there is a possibility of biasing in terms of the ability to read, write or make use of internet.
