Task Requirements
You need to produce a 3000 – word essay that assesses the impact of management behaviours /leadership styles on team and individual performances. As a Level 5 piece of work, there is emphasis on evaluating management behaviours of successful managers in football. 
It is recommended that a minimum of 3 football case studies are provided, making reference to other sports and wider management cases where appropriate. 
You are expected to explore a range of theoretical models and academic resources to inform your case study examination of manager’s performance.
