One of the most important things to underscore is that there is a high level of independence that they enjoy at home. No one regulates them what to eat or do. Studies have shown that this is a step towards ensuring that they sustain Good health (Lillo-Crespo & Riquelme 2018).Secondly, while at home they are able to express their views to the family members and they are heard and helped in advance. They have the care they need at the present time of their need. This has been noted to be very key in sustaining health (Nakrem et al  2018).
 
Disadvantages of Home
In the course of remaining at home, the elderly people have to use a lot of resources to keep up with their needs. This costs the family members and it raises cost implications concerns.
Secondly, because of the burden of diseases that they may have in their system. There seems to be a disregard of their care by some families (Pouw et al 2018). The children may find it to be a burden to sustain the wants of the old parent. If the parents come to understand that is the issue going on, they become distressed which escalates the health challenges which may soon bring them to death.

There are well-laid rules and regulation for preventing this occurrence and also dealing with those who may have committed the crime against the old. Another thing that the commission can come up with that can help the old people is providing them with the residences especially those who may be challenged in this line to have them rest and also provide their basic needs through support strategies.these may include clothing, food and other amenities they may need. There can also be a monetary system for the old folk to help them sustain themselves. 
 
In great means, it is known from the scientific ground that a little exercise or an outdoor activity is very important for any development of a normal physical organism. In fact, this proposition concerning a physical activity works well for each everyone who would engage in the exercise. It is essentially important for the older people to be engaged in these activities. By pulling them together performing the same activities, they are able to interact with one another, refresh their minds and this works as a great relief for those who would be depressed. It really changes their perspective on how they have been viewing life (Middleton et al 2018).  In the event, they may find someone who is more challenged than they are and this gives them the challenge to appreciate their condition. When they pour out their issues, their hearts heal from the many issues had troubled them. Also through this exercise, there is a regeneration of the physical welfare which comes as a result of involving the body in the challenge. The blood circulation is stimulated and the healing effect of the blood is felt in every organ and nerve possible.  All this revives the deadened senses and resurrection of the drooping organs hence improved health state of the concerned.

The nurse can take the old person through an interactive session that would help her or him arrive at the cause of the condition if it is caused by a diet that he or she has consumed, then an advice on focusing on the plant-rich fiber foodstuff would help the condition and try out some few exercises. Otherwise, if the problem is chronic through medical involvement he or she can be helped.
 
This tool is very important in understanding various reactions to the environment. In also looking into a risk, it involves assessing the possibility that hazard noted can harm you. It is an evaluation of the suspected object of its power to harm you in the event of relating to it. Once it has been assessed, necessary measures can be taken to put away the impending danger from out of reach of the individual. This game will help one to get to this place of safety. 
 
It is actually a great concern in Australia where there are many cases of hired health experts with a purpose to eradicate the problem of old age problem. In reference to that, it is necessary for the sector in charge of training to really revise their curriculum so that all the necessary skills can be included in the course contents to equip the students (Smith et al 2018). There must also be marshalling of resources towards the local environments that can support the execution of the mandates by the graduate professions. Of importance is also to ensure that the initiatives in the rural areas rallying for the welfare of old are enacted.
