Introduction:

The retail industry is well documented as one which is characterised by low pay, physically hard and pressurised work with what might be described as a ‘robust’ culture of dictatorial management.

Task:

•    Based on the above information, produce a report which critically compares the managerial style that is used in the retail industry with that of companies within the Built Environment. You should also make reference to the “culture” of both industries.
