Note that your service can be related to anything in the healthcare field. I would like you to do research on the selected area and most importantly reference where this information was obtained from. For instance, if I chose to do a fitness center and personal training session, I might research how healthcare facilities obtain clients. If you can not find formal research on the area, please provide websites of where the information was obtained.3.Make sure to assign percentages to each of the categories so that you know where the most referrals are obtained from. Percentages are important so we understand how to use the map for business financial purposes. Chapters 3, 4, and 6 and 8 in the Lovelock text discuss in depth, flow charting, choosing your market and pricing. Using concepts in this chapter, you can develop the above, referencing material from your text as relevant. I would like for you to provide a chart as well as a one page document explaining the chart. Given the limited page number, you can imagine that your description will be an overview. You can use the thought process you undergo for this assignment in your final team paper.
