The initial step included for the development of a nursing intervention incorporates the use of an appropriate nursing plan (Giger 2016). The plan provides an overview of the subjective and objective analysis of the symptoms of the patient and further allows to develop appropriate interventions (Klim et al.2013).

Subjective complain: Redness of the eye, constant sensation of burning eyes
Objective analysis: Eye pressure-24.5 mm Hg

Minimising the eye pressure

Immediate administration of antihistamine eye drops to reduce inflammation and irritability

Goals were met

Summary:
The plan includes three different subjects with different health concerns that included persisting head ache, stomach pain and eye irritability. In each of the three cases, the patients were analysed on the basis of the appearance of symptoms followed by the data obtained from immediate in- house medical tests and examinations. It was found that in each of the three cases, the patients could be provided instant relief measures by the nursing intervention and none of the patients required medical expert advice. Post successful implementation of nursing interventions, the level of the satisfaction was accessed on the basis of reviews from the patient and the responses predicted high level of satisfaction.
