You will present the pros and cons of four-day work week as a short report, in which you will make some recommendations on adopting or not adopting the concept.

Description

The first idea of adopting four-day work week was offered by the founder of Perpetual Guardian Company, Andrew Barnes (https://www.perpetualguardian.co.nz/)

This assignment gives you an opportunity to read, summarize, and analyze material to be presented in a short report. Specifically, you are asked to explore the company and the founder, read the assigned articles on the four-day work week and make notes on the advantages and challenges of the adoption of reduced work hours in each article. Then, you will use your notes to create a short semi-formal report in which you briefly discuss the topic at hand, evaluate arguments, and provide recommendations.

Use APA 7th Edition for this assignment.

Your report should be 3-5 pages (800-1200 words) double-spaced, not including title page and References list.
