Organisation structure of accounting firms in Pakistan are mostly partnerships run by Chartered Accountants and according to their interests and making the employees work on very low salary as this is called stipend for the years of training which is 3.5 years required by institute of chartered accountants of Pakistan. therefore using that as their key to employee the staff at very low salary and when they work and complete their apprenticeship time then they are employed permanently again on low wages therefore the employees look to work in other industrial sectors and thus move from Accounting Firms hence not keeping the good staff which can be able to make the firm run longer.
