Introduction
With the development of information technology the internet has become the most important platform to get information, operate business and handle the customers of the business using the websites. Thus in order to help the users or the customers to get the required information on the site it is important to design the websites that abide by some standards. This report consist of discussion about the different issues that are identified while evolution the site for its usability and other aspects.
Identification of issue1
Lack of consistent navigation bar on the different pages of the site
It is observed that, an average/normal visitor has an extremely restricted attention span and very easily loses intrigue if they think that the desired information or result not acquired in a brief timeframe. The key component in determining the success of a webpage is the ease of navigation provided to its users. On the contrary the homepage of the selected site does not contain any kind of navigation bar or the search tool to find out the required information.  In addition to that, the website also does not have a home page icon on different pages of the site.  This leads to the, your frustration of the visitor if they want to go back to the home page from any page of the web site. 
Identification of issue2
Consistency of design of the pages
 It is important that whenever they visit the site they ought to feel comfortable by interacting with the different pages and elements of the site. They ought to feel that the website is composed, organized, and loaded with logical sequence of data that they require to know. Thus the lack of consistency reduces the reliability. This may lead to losing the visitors and conversion rate of the potential customers to the customers for the business organization that will help them to acquire better revenue.
In addition to that, while investigating the website we found that, there are two pages that contains similar or copied content.  This makes the appearance of the website inconsistent for its visitors as they want to get new information on different pages. Different search engines like the, Google may bring down the site’s rank if it find out that the site locate a similar substance on two distinct URLs.  In addition to that, we found 8 internal links on the different pages of the site that have no text or description about their destination which makes the users confused while clicking on these links.  It is desired that the internal links on a webpage must describe their destination, for the ease of the visitors and search engine crawlers.
Moreover the website is not optimized for viewed on the different devices having different screen sizes. In the present scenario it is important for the organizations to make sure that the content of the site is optimized for viewing on a wide range of devices with variable screen sizes as the percentage of web browsing through different phones and tablets are growing day by day exponentially.  
Identification of issue3
Content and professionalism on the web pages
In our investigation of the web pages we found that none of the web pages were using defined headings for the content on its pages. This makes it hard for the users as well as for the search engines to determine the provided content of this website. As the correctly and precisely defined headings for the contents on the pages helps in better accessibility of the users and are particularly considers as an important factor for search engine optimization process of the site.
In addition to that, No pages of this site is using any analytics software in order to determine the users or visitor behavior. Using different kind of analytical tools helps the organization to gather a great amount of user information from webserver logs. The complete user/visitor data analysis requires client-side Javascript functions on the pages which is not found in this particular case for this site.

Recommendations
In order to improve the design and the performance of the website some recommendation are stated below.
Providing anchor texts for the internal links: It is suggested that, the addition of meaningful anchor text which must describes the link’s destination on the web pages can help in improving the usability to its visitors [4]. If the link contains an image, it is important to ensure that it have provided alt text if the image does not load on the browser due to technical reasons.  
Use of headings:  It is important to define meaningful headings on all the pages of this site. This can help this website’s in improving ranking in the search engine results as well as assist users in navigating between the content on the different pages.
Conclusion
There are certain standards which must be maintained while developing a site to provide a better user/visitor experience to the target audience of the site. This standards are developed to provide a consistent user experience to the visitors of the site. The consistent lay out of the pages of this website can help in increasing the time frame that a new visitor spent on the site.in addition to that the clear use of headings for the contents on the pages also can help the users to get their required data with minimal effort and lesser amount of time.
