My name is Alessandro Nania.  I am completing my final year of the Honours Bachelor of Technology (Construction Management) program at George Brown College.  One of the program requirements is that I complete a Capstone Industry Research project. Research Description: This topic is very relevant in the construction industry by involving the subtrades on site to clearly see the next phases in the construction project. It also assists those who have a harder time understanding the construction schedule visualize the steps involved in order to complete the project. It is important to start by ensuring that your company or construction business has a highly trained professional or professionals in the BIM department to ensure you are receiving the highest 4D Scheduling capabilities. Along with this, the BIM team will work hand in hand with the estimating and scheduling team to ensure budgets and timelines are realistic in nature to the BIM 4D schedule and allow for its capabilities to be maximized on the construction site.
