An Individual Assignment minimum of 1,500 and a maximum of 2,000 words.

Description of the assessment task
The purpose of this individual assignment is to provide the student with an opportunity to demonstrate his/her ability to critically reflect on, and improve, the Business Plan which has been produced in the group assignment. The student will have the opportunity to show mastery of the topics discussed during this module and apply them in the context of the topic of this assignment.
Students have studied concepts, models and topics set out in the module guide.
If they wish to improve their learning before embarking on this assignment, they may want to conduct a systematic search of relevant scholarly literature material. This is strongly advised.The student is required to assess the final product produced as a group effort and make improvements to it.
The actual assignment, which is in two parts, is;
a) You have completed writing a business plan with other group members.If you were now to re-write this plan on your own what parts of the plan would you alter or improve or what extra information would you include?
Your answer should be limited to the plan itself. The assessors are not interested in the group processes or dynamics involved in writing the plan or your part in these processes.
b) Examine the environmental impact of the business for which your group wrote a plan. What steps would you take to reduce any negative impact?
