The retail organization needs the deployment of effective and smart data processing for their customer’s data and information. The major problems of the retail organization that had led to the development of the requirements for ERP system implementation are increased amount of data to be managed, more customers using retail ecommerce for their operations, and formation of data management.
ERP system implementation had been developed for forming the modification of the operations of the organization and development of the accurate operations for the organization. The development of the implemented ERP system would result in forming the smarter system implementation of the data processing of customers.
The implementation of ERP system would deploy ease of customer’s data access, modification, and storage for the retail organization. The development of the effective and improved operations for the operations of retail organization had been deployed for forming the system effective operations in the organization.
The specific objectives of the project are for forming the appropriate development of the ERP system implementation in the organization. The processes would be deployed for the improvement of data processing for the retail organization. The project would add the specific modification of the system implication for the operations of the organization. The project had been made for the development of the project operations and inclusion of the specific operations for the organization. The development of the implemented ERP system would result in forming the smarter system implementation of the data processing of customers.  The issue of slower data processing and complexity of the operations of retail organization would result in developing the formation of the operation in the organization.
2. Project Scope
The project is made for forming three specific product deliverables and they are application testing for the sales process, training of sales representative, and formation of the project progress documents. The project scope had been developed for forming these three activities for the project. The activities had been formed for the integration of the ERP system with the operations of the retail organization.
Development Plan: The first deliverable for the project is the application development plan for the implementation of the ERP system in the organization.
Training of sales representative: The training of the sales representative is important for forming the accurate development of the operations. The second deliverable for the project includes the development of the training module in the organizational development process.
Project Progress Report: The project progress report would be deployed for forming the accurate implementation of the retail organization. The report would be helpful for forming the accurate development of smart operations in the organization.
3. Project Feasibility
Technical / Technological: The development and implementation of the ERP system is feasible and can be deployed for forming the accurate development of project operations. The development of ERP system, integrating the operations of the retail organization with the software and improving the functions are technologically feasible to be carried on. 
Economical: The deployment of the ERP system would result in forming the smart operations possible for the development model. The retail organization can be largely induced by the use of the ERP system in the organization and it would be deployed for the formation of the effective and smart functioning of the retail organization. The expense of the ERP implementation is comparably none in compared to the financial benefit for the retail organization.
Legal: Yes, it is feasible for developing the legal compliance with the implementation of the ERP system in retail organization. The ERP implementation would require following rules and regulations set by the government for the development and use of Internet Platform. The legal compliance of the data processes had been developed for forming the privacy and security compliance of the system development.
Schedule: A project schedule can be developed for forming the appropriate development of the project operations. The schedule would be deployed for the formation of the integration development of the project operations, The schedule would be developed for forming the accurate development of the project schedule in the formation of the optimized development.
