She had been taken to the emergency room after being found lying in her bathtub and unresponsive. Discussion Questions Paper   Because the physician suspected that a traumatic brain injury, he focused most of his attention on the neurologic examination. The physician noted superficial bruising and bleeding of the scalp in the occipital region of the woman’s head. He confirmed by CAT scan that there was a large subdural hematoma above the right frontal lobe of the woman’s brain.
