” Hamouche (2021) Reflecting on the above quote, in your group, choose from one of the six global organisations below and identify the key challenges and opportunities provided by relevant external environments for the management of people and draw on Resource-based theory and/or Ability, Motivation and Opportunity (AMO) theory to identify strategies for managing these people management issues. Breakdown of task for your group work:
Part one (70 % of this assessment grade):-
Identify the key challenges presented for the management of people (in your chosen organisation) drawing on Pestle framework. -Identify the key opportunities presented for the management of people (in your chosen organisation) drawing on Pestle framework.
Draw on the Resource-based view theory and/or AMO theory to identify strategies for managing the people management issues identified.
Present your findings in a group poster (2 pages) which comprise of brief introduction, findings, recommendations and a conclusion supported with relevant diagrams and references (in-text and at the end of your work). Maximum word counts 400 (without references).
