You are required to watch/read the above and write an academic report, referring to information from the case study materials wherever relevant.
You are required to choose one topic from the below list of topics*** covered in the module and provide detailed research and discussion, comparing the UK approach to celebrating this dimension of diversity in the workplace with that of one other country of your choice. This discussion may include elements such as legislation, policies, events and company examples. You are also required to include in your report sections dedicated to (1) the business case for equality diversity and inclusion and (2) good practice in the development of equality, diversity and inclusion policies and associated training.
You must choose only one from these topics.
It is recommended that you include all the below sections in your report:

The content of each topic will support you in forming your initial ideas and guiding your reading. However, you will also be required to read and include content from outside the Reading List and module content, such as books, journal articles and other sources of information (including websites, newspaper articles and videos) to help you demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the topics you discuss.
All external sources used to support your writing must be accompanied by a reference (both in the body of your report and in your full reference list at the end of the report).
