Answer:

Patagonia is an organization with the mission statement of building the best product, causing no unnecessary harm and using the business to inspire and implement solutions to environmental crisis. The values of the organization have been described to reflect a band of climbers and surfers and the minimalist style that they promote. Their main business activities include lighting stores and dyeing shirts. From this explanation, their main business activity is reduction of pollution where they recycle and reuse products.
According to the video provided, the identified area is experiencing environmental pollution where people are depositing waste pollution in the environment without considering the impact in the long run. Patagonia being an organization dealing with environmental issues within a region, the management can use the opportunity in Peru to transform the waste product into finished product. The scope of the analysis is implementing and enhancing company values in a new factory in Peru. The ethical issue being raised is environmental pollution.
In addition, the company outlines the importance of a culture to their operations. For example, in the company, no advertisement is done since they have a method of acquiring the right staff for their operations.
Case introduction (describe relevant case background and scope & assumptions of analysis): 2% –
The goal of the analysis is to implement ethical and company values in an organization in Peru. The core values of Patagonia include; quality where the organization pursue quality in everything that they do. Secondly, there is integrity where Patagonia aims to establish their relationship based on integrity and respect. In this case, the organization will be respecting the needs of the people and organization that they have partnered with an objection of saving the environment. Thirdly, there is environmentalism which is a catalyst for individual and corporate actions.
The organization has to deal with the new population that requires learning their culture and adapting to their organizational practices. The organization will require collaborating with the local community and forming a partnership with an organization similar with organizational practices. This will make the market entry into the new market easier.

Providing excellence governance.
Management of constant change/culture.
Choose the most critical issue from B (which needs to be solved as priority) and justify why it has priority:

Provision of excellent governance. This issue is a priority since it dictates the leadership style followed in an organization. If the leadership is based on wrong grounds, change cannot take place within the organization.

Key players involved in the most critical management issue discussed in C (list individuals, groups or organizations who are involved in the most critical issue discussed in C):

The key player involved in critical management issues include: Employees who are the most valuable asset of the organization. They are responsible for ensuring that the company objectives and goals have been met. The dedication and commitment of employees will ensure that they deliver results through having a clear objective. The organization will be able to conduct a performance appraisal where the contribution of each employee will be assed in regards to organizational goals.
The management of the organization is also a key player that will be concerned with management of constant change such as dealing with increased expectation from the people and organization, streamlining the organizational objectives to fit the needs of the people and the goal the of the organization. Additionally, the management has to deal with the fierce competition that exist within the market. The management should also try to deal with the expectation of consumers/target market. Once they have a started a new organization in Peru. The management should also be able to come up with strategies that will ensure that they compete favourably in the new market.

The critical issues that include provisional of excellent governance where the management will apply effective leadership and management style with an objective of influencing the performance of the employees. With excellent governance, the organization will able to influence the immediate environment to influence the consumers through ensuring that the goals and values of the organization are shared among consumers. With this, the organization will be able to attract more consumers and form a strong foundation when it comes to consumer loyalty.
Influencing the consumers will involve informing them about the objectives of the organization and the process/activities that the organization will engage in towards achieving these goals. Proper governance will depend on the leadership and management styles being used. The second critical issue is the delivery of results where the key player is employees within the organization. Employees in an organization assist by being responsible for implementing organizational practices. They act as an image of the organization.
When the employees represent a negative image of the organization, it will be difficult to achieve the goals of the organization. The last critical issue is creation of effective teams. The key players are the management and employees. Effective teams will be selected based on how the management delegates duties.

use of Kluckhohn & Strodtbeck model 2% + use of other models 2% + linking dimensions to 3 management issues from B 2%
According to Kluchon & Strodtbeck model, the appropriate cultural dimensions include the relationship people have with nature. In this dimension, the organization will identify the perception of people about nature around it. Therefore, the management should conduct survey and ask the identified region on their thoughts about the environmental issues affecting them. This will provide an opportunity for the management to deliver results and impact in regards to achieving organizational goals. With temporal orientation, the organization will be able to assess the impact of environmental issues affecting the organization.
The management issue that is related to this cultural dimension is management of constant change. The society is a constantly evolving. Therefore, the organization should equip itself with necessary strategies to keep up with the changes. Lastly, there is the nature of people where the organization will be learning on how to deal with beliefs and adapt to their cultural beliefs and tradition. This will be achieved through excellent governance.

The cultural dimension that relates to the three management issues include the relationship with nature. In this case, the organization will be able to identify the role that the people have towards the surrounding environment. 

Describe how are these 3 most critical management issues perceived by each key player from their cultural perspective, interpreted with above cultural dimensions as appropriate (interpret using appropriate cultural dimensions, identified in E):

The three critical management issues include; delivery of results, management of constant change/culture and provision of excellence governance. The management view the three critical management as a priority to ensure that the organization operates within the new environment. Additionally, the employees should have maximum support of the objectives of the organization. Their efforts will ensure that they get to know the role that their target will be playing in regards to achieving environmental sustainability. 

IMPROVEMENT Describe how are these 3 most critical management issues perceived by each key player from their cultural perspective, using the above cultural dimensions as appropriate (interpret using appropriate cultural dimensions, identified in E) 

The three critical management are perceived as a way of understanding the nature of the people. This will be used to determine the environmental issues affecting the people. This will be easier to access the new market. Additionally, with effective governance, the organization will be able to determine the relationship that people have with nature. When the relationship has been established, the organization will be able to take an action in regards to the needs of the people.

Explain how it will be handled by each key player and why the solutions will be accepted by them (use conclusions from your cultural analysis described above to justify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed solution).

The best solution is trying to understand the relationship that people have with the environment. This will lead to understanding the role that the people have to play towards keeping the environment clean. The management will be able to select effective teams who will be able to integrate organizational values with an objective of dealing with the ethical issue which is environmental pollution. The employees should work on delivery results and impacts. They must work in regard to organizational goals and objectives

Effective solutions to the critical issues include involving employees in the decision-making process to determine the best strategies that could be used towards achieving the goals and objectives of the organization. With this solution, employees will be able to apply corporate values towards solving the ethical issues within the identified region. The management should identify the best leadership style to be used whereas employees will be able to identify the best management to be used.
