You will use the Ansoff Growth Strategy model to explain whether your chosen strategy attempt to grow in new or existing market with new or existing products such as product development, market development, differentiation etc. Finally, you will use the Porter’s Generic Strategy Model to explain how this proposed strategy would be workable and the most appropriate choice for Sri Lanka.
Conclusion: Explain how the recommended new strategy meets the requirements of the Ministry of Tourism Development objectives for Sri Lanka using the SAF model.
