Areas of relevance include fit between structure, design and strategic objectives; relationship between design and culture; moving organizational design from a traditional structure to a less familiar, less well-defined structure. Read the case and consider the following questions: What are the key problems facing iQmetrix at the time of the case? Will holocracy solve the problems facing them? Why or why not?
